This dinner is a heartfelt celebration of the seasonal bounty and the global culinary influences that inspire us most. Together, we’ve created a vibrant, plant-forward menu that pays homage to Korean and Japanese cuisines—cultures whose deep-rooted traditions center vegetables with reverence and creativity. As two chefs who embrace a plant-based way of cooking, we’re continually inspired by these culinary legacies and the ways they uplift vegetables as the stars of the plate.
